There is no definitive answer regarding whether a divan or bed frame is better. Some mattresses perform better with divans, others with bed frames.

Bed height matters because it affects how easily you get in and out of bed. This is especially important for older adults or those with mobility issues. To determine the ideal bed height, you should be able to sit comfortably on the edge of the mattress with both feet flat on the floor and your knees level with your hips.
